Talent Acquisition Intern

Join Katalon as a Talent Acquisition Intern and develop your skills as an in-house recruitment consultant. This role provides hands-on experience across various aspects of recruitment and employer branding in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate outreach, test arrangements, interview scheduling, and data management.
- Build and maintain a passive candidate pipeline to expand Katalon’s Talent Pool, researching and identifying candidates for future hiring needs.
- Handle recruitment requests for both technical and non-technical positions, ensuring timely and accurate support.
- Contribute to employer branding by planning and executing recruitment-related events, such as university job fairs, and enhancing Katalon’s brand visibility.
- Perform administrative tasks and support the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth operations.
- Currently in your 3rd/4th year or recently graduated in human resources, economics, business administration, or related fields.
- Able to commit to full-time work for 6 months to gain valuable, hands-on experience.
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage, showcasing your familiarity with the field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese to connect effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Friendly, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
